In 2000, the company became a member of the AMVESCAP Group, which was subsequently renamed Invesco Ltd in 2008. The company logo is a graphic image of Ama Dablam, a 6,856m (22,493 ft) mountain in the Himalaya range of eastern Nepal. The image represents the virtues of strength, stability and longevity.
